Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that refusing a package upon delivery will not return it to us. Instead, it will be sent back to the courier’s distribution centre and subsequently destroyed. Therefore, if you would like to initiate a return, you must contact us via email for the correct return instructions.
We do not provide a return shipping label if you decide you no longer want your box. In such cases, you may return the box at your own expense to our warehouse to be considered for a refund. This policy applies only to boxes purchased at full price. Orders bought at a discount, on sale, or as part of a promotional offer, including free gifts, are not eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. In the event that a product arrives damaged, we will gladly reship the item after receiving pictures from the customer. We understand the disappointment that can come with receiving a damaged item, and we want to make sure that we rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items on sale, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For our Diamond Painting designs, we offer 1 reshipment every 3 months for Artist box and 3 reshipments every 3 months for Master and Painter boxes, in case the customer is not satisfied with the design.
However, please note that for all other items, we do not offer reshipments in the case that the customer simply does not like the product.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
